 Good News Garage turns 10! Good News Garage is proud to be celebrating its 10 year anniversary serving New England families in need. A lot has changed since our humble beginnings in Burlington, VT back in 1996. In our first year we awarded 21 cars - in 2006 we are on schedule to award 400! Car donations have also seen a tremendous growth the past 1 0 years. In 1996, GNG received 29 donated cars and in 2006 we project our car donation total to reach 1,950. Office and operations have also significantly grown. In 1996, we relied on donated garage time in Burlington, Vermont. Today we boast three offices, seven contracts in four states and an impressive eight bay garage in Burlington. We're going strong and thanks to your support look forward to the next ten years! Begining 10/10 What better way to celebrate our 10 year anniversary of providing vehicles to New England families in need than by helping more families? On October 10, the Connecticut office along with the Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts offices will join together in a "vehicle providing blitz". We will deliver 10 cars over a 10 day period beginning on 10/1 0.
