 Local company wins state energy grant.EAST HARTFORD-A local company has been awarded a $1.3 million state grant to help pay for the installation of electric generators. Cellu Tissue LLC, a Forbes Street company that makes diapers, surgical sponges and other absorbent hygiene products, is scheduled to receive the grant, Gov. M. Jodi Rell has announced.
